Terms The below sales and delivery conditions are in force for all deliveries from Mast2Keel ApS These conditions are valid where no other written agreements has been made between you as client and Mast2keel Aps If documentation and/or instructions  are avaliabe for the product you have purchased, it will be suplied either with the goods, via e-mail together with the order, or avaliable for download, from Mast2keel Aps. All written and verbal instructions or advice from Mast2keel ApS is to be considered as guidance only, and when connecting parts supplied from Mast2keel aps with other parts, instructions and usage guidelines from each part shall be followed. Any part supplied from Mast2keel ApS should only be used for the purpose it is suplied for, and should under no circumstances be used to lift people or items above people. Delivery of goods from Mast2keel ApS has been fulfilled at the moment where the goods are delivered to the informed address by the choosen transport company. Delivery transit time depends on the destination. An aproximate delivery time will be informed with the order confirmation. Any faults or missing parts in the delivery shall be informed to Mast2keel ApS in writing emidiately after recieving the goods. It is the responsbility of the client to document faults or missing items. Mast2Keel Aps gives 1 year warranty on all products. fading of colors and fiber loss of strength due to sun exposure, damage to the product due to shafing or wrong use are not covered by warranty. It is at the discretion of Mast2Keel Aps to deside to replace a product or reimburse the client. Shipping fees are not covered by warranty. In general all prices on this website are including VAT for deliveries to EU countries. the VAT rate will be effected when you choose delivery country. If prices are excluding VAT it is written after the price; "excl VAT"
